Student status
The student, according to his situation, can be considered: Resident student, commuting student and non-resident student.
The student status (resident, commuting, non-resident) is linked to the permanent legal address of the student, that is the registered location where the individual has her/his habitual abode (Article 43 (2) of the Italian Civil Code). The student status does not affect the possibility of accessing the scholarship but only the amount of the cash stipend of the scholarship, if awarded.
Please verify below the criteria to determine whether a student is considered resident, commuting or non-resident.
