Bocconi is a selective university with a fixed number of places available for each program offered.

These are the requirements to apply for the LLM LATAS:
- A degree in Law or in a closely related field, typically:
a) a 5-year Integrated Master of Arts in Law or 3+2 years Master of Arts in Law from an Italian university, or
b) equivalent Law degree from a university abroad.
- English knowledge, at least at the B2 level.
- The selection process is based on the evaluation of a dossier including:
- Academic curriculum (i.e. University transcript of records)
- Curriculum vitae
- Personal statement
- Reference letters (up to 2)
- Copy of an English language certificate (at least B2 level)
- Interview (if needed)
- Applicants are encouraged to complete a video interview (in English).

Additional admission requirements for the dual program with King’s College London:
- English proficiency: at least level C1 (advanced) – King’s band B;
- If UK degree, UK level 7 master’s degree, with at least a ‘merit’ as final grade.
