Applications for Bocconi Summer School 2025 are not opened yet. The website will be updated soon with more details about the course offer, the application procedure and timeline.
Bocconi Summer School offers a three-week study program open to motivated students enrolled or recently graduated from a Master program, as well as to student enrolled or recently graduated from a one-cycle program (second part of the program).
The program is dedicated to students from Italian and non-Italian Universities (it is not open to Bocconi students).
In order to apply, candidates must fill out the online application through the My Application portal (applications must include the most recent university transcript in English. If a transcript is unavailable, a certificate of enrollment will suffice).
Applicants are asked to select their desired course, proceed to the payment section and submit their application to secure their spot. Spots may fill up quickly. After this step, course changes will not be accepted.
Applications are not open yet. They will open in the second half of February.
Each course consists of 48 hours. The sessions include:
- teaching activities running from Monday to Friday, usually between 9:30am and 12:30pm
- company visit
In addition to the above activities, students will be required to complete individual/class assignments and will have the possibility to take part in extracurricular activities, which will take place outside of the time reserved for the academic activities.
Students fulfilling attendance requirements will receive a digital certificate attesting their participation in the course. Important: students who are also interested in earning 6 credits* are required to sit a final exam (on the last day) on campus in Milan.
*in accordance with the ECTS - European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System - on average 1 credit point corresponds to 25 hours of work for student; about 8 hours (but no more than 10) are spent in the classroom.

Obtaining a visa for Italy is a responsibility of students and Bocconi recommends starting the process as soon as possible.
Students unsure whether they need a visa or where to find more information can take a quick survey here (when selecting the "Reason for your stay," please choose "Study - UNIVERSITY SINGLE COURSE").
For visa applications, students should contact their local Italian Embassy or Consulate. Bocconi provides an official letter of acceptance to the program, which can be used as part of the visa application process. This document can be downloaded directly from the admission portal once the application has been successfully submitted.
