This course describes the growing relevance of digital marketing in the competitive arena, both for customers and firms. The contents aim at educating participants on how innovative digital tools (Internet, smartphones, etc.) and methods (such as SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, emailing, marketing automation, etc.) are revolutionizing the world of marketing, often determining the strategies implemented by global players to develop products, to persuade customers, to distribute items effectively and to price them correctly. The course will focus on the potential that all electronic media have and the most important keys to success as well as on the challenges faced.
Prof. Carlo Salvato
This course provides real world, experience-based learning on what it’s like to actually start and develop a new venture, either within an existing company, or as a new startup company. The main objective is to allow you to directly experience the earliest phases of an entrepreneurial startup process. Focus will thus be on building and testing a novel business idea. In this course you will be asked to actively engage in developing the initial business idea, but also in talking to potential customers, suppliers, partners, and competitors, as you confront the chaos and uncertainty of how a real new venture actually emerges from the entrepreneurs’ efforts.

Discover all the key factors in value creation by private equity and venture capital firms, taking a close look at management issues, business models and investment opportunities. You will learn to act from the perspective of financial intermediaries specialized in scouting, consulting and financing successful entrepreneurial activities and startups, right in the center of Milan, one of the most important business centers and stock markets in Europe.

This course explores how Global Law frames Companies, Institutions and Citizens' life in an interconnected world. In an era marked by major international tensions increased importance of digital technology, and daily interference of technology with Law, our main objective is to allow you to directly understand opportunities and challenges offered by Global Law for any business, public and social activity, Focus will thus be on building, growing and testing your abilities to develop your own skills in areas such as Democracy and the Rule of Law in Europe and in the World, Internationalization of Law, Artificial Intelligence Law, Business and citizens, Corporations and their compliance, new forms of Justice, etc. In this course you will be asked to directly and actively engage in developing your legal reasoning but also in exercising in writing and talking, in order to apply knowledge acquired.

Is the world getting increasingly global or is globalization threatened by rising protectionism? Are we on the verge of a new economic order? Which strategies could companies adopt to thrive in this fast-changing environment? How do we analyze the characteristics and potential of international markets? This program addresses these questions with a very practical and hands-on approach, alternating lectures with case discussions and in class exercises. The course has been designed for motivated business and non-business major students, interested in understanding how international developments can impact their life and their future careers.

The course is intended to familiarize students with the challenges of sustainable development, climate change, energy transition, corporate sustainability, ESG and sustainable finance. Specific emphasis will be oriented to firm innovation processes, new business models and the development of sustainable value. The course will equip students with skills and competencies to address problems related with these new challenges. It will include the exam of best practices and various case studies showing how firms can meet sustainable goals and market/financial goals.

This course provides a comprehensive, experience-based introduction to Artificial Intelligence, from its historical foundations to its modern advancements. You will explore the key differences between traditional and modern AI, the driving forces behind the AI revolution, and the current landscape of AI tools.
The course takes a deep dive into fundamental concepts such as Neural Networks, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing. You will engage hands-on with the mathematics behind neural networks and train your own AI models, gaining practical skills to navigate the rapidly evolving AI field.
