LLM in Law of Technology and Automated Systems

Bocconi University’s innovative LLM in Law of Technology and Automated Systems is a Specialized Master program taught entirely in English. The program is fully dedicated to law, international digital environments and technology. 
This LLM focuses on all key areas of interest for lawyers and legal practitioners dealing with innovation, the Internet and technological development. The program is unique in providing a thorough understanding on international legal issues emerging in the digital age, including intellectual property protection and competition rules. Emphasis is placed on the freedom of contracts, individuals and businesses in digital environments.

Bocconi University offers both a full-time program (12 months) and a part-time program (2 years).

Starting from the a.y. 2024-2025 an excellence program will also be offered in partnership with King’s College London to further strengthen the LLM’s international approach. The program is open to outstanding students who meet the admission requirements for the Bocconi-King’s Dual Program.
