Apply, Accept or Withdraw

Exchange Program 2025/26

Applications for the Exchange Program must be submitted within the deadlines outlined on our website.
It is crucial to upload any required documents correctly and accept the assigned destination by the deadline specified in the communication from the Study Abroad Office.
If you are not selected for the exchange or wish to withdraw, please refer to the information in the boxes below.

How to apply

To participate in the Exchange Program, the application must be submitted at Punto Blu by the specified deadline

If the Academic Requirements are satisfied, students will have access to the application and, if necessary, will be able to upload the required certificates based on the destinations they wish to apply for.
Students will be able to see only the destinations for which they satisfy the requirements and can indicate up to 10 destinations* in order of preference (ie: the choice n. 1 is the most preferred destination).
Once the application is completed, students are strongly advised to verify the completion of the application by saving all entered data and downloading the application receipt before the deadline.

It is in the student’s best interest to apply only to destinations they are willing to depart for.

Please note:

  • the Application Tutorial and instructions on how to correctly attach certificates can be found in B in Touch;

  • plan your application carefully since no late enrollment, certificate submissions, or modifications to the application can be accepted by the system or by the Study Abroad Office after the deadline;

  • if you apply to destinations with Additional Language Requirements you must upload your language certificate at Punto Blu by the application deadline, even if it has already been registered in your academic career.

  • *students in the BSc in Global Law will be informed about the maximum number of destinations they can include in the application as soon as the Destinations Brochure becomes available.

How to accept

After the rankings are published, selected students must confirm or decline their assigned destination and indicate their preferred semester by the deadline specified in the communication from the Study Abroad Office:

  • students who are assigned to destinations without specific semester restrictions can consider their chosen semester as final once they have confirmed their selection.
  • students who apply for destinations with limited slots per semester can express their preferred term. The Study Abroad Office will then assign them, giving priority to students with higher scores.
