Emergency numbers and services
Bocconi Counseling Service is not an emergency service.
If you don't know where to turn in an emergency or out of hours, here are a number of options.
Emergency numbers
- 112: In case of a medical or psychological emergency, you can contact this number 24h/24, including to request an ambulance.
- 1522: In cases of perceived violence, you can contact this number free of charge 24h/24. Specialized operators will take requests for help and support from victims of violence and stalking.
Services
- In case of medical or psychological emergency, it is possible to go to the local hospital emergency room free of charge without an appointment.
- In cases of perceived violence, in addition to contacting the 1522 number free of charge, in the main Italian cities you can also access the Anti-Violence Centers in person, where you will find specialized and trained staff for psychological interviews for help, not only in Italian.
