
In-Person Support (Ask a Librarian!)
If you're in the Library and need assistance, you can rely on the in-person reference service: Ask a Librarian! Visit the Information Desk in the reading rooms during the following hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
At the Information Desk, our specialized staff is available to assist you with:
- Databases – Guidance and support for navigating online databases and using the Data Room 015
- Bibliographic Information – Helping you find all the print and online resources you need, including textbooks and other Course Reserves
- Loans – Borrowing and consulting Library resources, as well as requesting documents through Interlibrary Loan (ILL)

Online support
If you're off-campus and need assistance, you can always reach out to the Library staff by emailing infobiblio@unibocconi.it or contacting us via B-in-Touch. You will receive an answer within 3 working days.
Our team can help with:
- Guidance on using databases and support with bibliographic citation tools
- Fixing access issues for Library resources
- Finding print and online materials, including textbooks and other Course Reserves
- Orientation on Library services
- Purchase requests or document supply through Interlibrary Loan (ILL) and Document Delivery (DD)
External users are also welcome to contact the Library at infobiblio@unibocconi.it. However, priority will be given to requests from members of the Bocconi Community.
Please note that the Library staff does not:
- Conduct bibliographic searches or perform database queries on behalf of users
- Provide complete subject-specific bibliographies or repertories

Assistance by appointment (Library meetings)
Bocconi students and Faculty members can request one-to-one support through a Library Meeting.
Appointments are available in person at the Information Desk or online via Teams, depending on availability. Each session lasts 30 minutes.
