ISEEU parificato certificate

For the ISEEU parificato certificate to be processed, the documents listed below must be:

• Issued by the competent authorities of the state where income was generated and/or assets are owned;
• Legalized by Italian diplomatic or consular missions abroad or Apostille stamped (for documents issued by public authorities);
• In the original language and accompanied by an Italian translation consistent with the foreign text (for documents written in a foreign language) certified by the competent diplomatic or consular mission, or by an official translator.

1. Copy of a valid ID (Passport, identity card) and fiscal code;

2. Certificate of family household issued by the competent authority;

3. Income tax declaration for 2021 calendar year for each member of the family household (the document must clearly attest the incomes referred to 2021 calendar year. If during 2021 one or more members of the family household of age 18 and over have not earned any income, a document certifying this is required);

4. Certificazione Unica 2022 of the student referred to 2021 income in case the student received university scholarships for Right of University Education in Italy during 2021;

5. Ownership of real estates of any family household members at 31/12/2021 with indication of the squared meters (the document must be issued by the relevant authority on this subject). If in 2021 no real estates were owned by the family, it is necessary to provide a certificate attesting the absence of ownership of real estates for every member of the household of age 18 and over;

6. Official documents attesting movable assets of the family household at 31/12/2021:

 a. balance of bank and/or deposit accounts;

b. account balance of shares, dividends, shareholdings, capitalization policies and any other type of financial investment.

7. In the presence of business activities, individual or corporate as of 31/12/2021, obliged and not obliged to prepare financial statements: Financial statements form (pdf) provided by Bocconi University. The financial statements form must be submitted for each individual or corporate company and must be completed, signed and approved by the professional who manages the company’s accounting. This document will also need to be uploaded in the online application together with the ISEEU parificato;

8. In case of absence of sole proprietorship or business activities of the nuclear family, it is mandatory to fill out, sign and submit the “Declaration of Absence of Sole Proprietorship or Business Activities” (pdf). In case the student is a minor, also the signature of the parent exercising legal authority is required. This document must be uploaded together with the ISEEU parificato in the online application.

9. Separation or divorce decree in case of separation or divorce of the parents.

Along with the above documentation, you will need to send one of these two documents to the CAAF office:

10. For non-first year students in a.y. 2023-2024: the "Autodichiarazione anni Iscrizione", a self-declaration of enrollment at Bocconi University for a.y. 2022-2023 that can be downloaded from the yoU@B diary;

or

11. For FIRST YEAR students in a.y. 2022-2023: a document attesting the completion of the enrollment procedure for a.y. 2023-2024 ("confirmation letter" to be printed from the enrollment procedure in My Application).

Exceptionally, the CAAF affiliated with Bocconi University
will accept to process the ISEEU parificato certificate in the absence of the
confirmation letter ONLY for students awaiting their admission result during
the application period of the ISU Bocconi Scholarship a.y. 2023-2024.

Therefore, students in the process of selection will need to prepare the complete
necessary documentation and apply for the ISEEU parificato certificate in time
before the admission result. Said students should specify in their request email
to CAAF that they are in this situation.

Please note that the ISEEU parificato
certificate will be issued by CAAF only to students who are subsequently
admitted and have completed the enrollment within the ISU Bocconi Scholarship a.y. 2023-2024
application deadline.

Attention:
If the documentation is not complete and/or does not match the above, the CAAF office will NOT proceed with processing the ISEEU parificato certificate under any circumstances, regardless of any deadline.
