Major Tourism
This major is thought for students that want to orient their career in the field of tourism, destination management and territorial marketing. The major focuses on how traditional cultural expression (arts and crafts, festivals, religion, food and wine, lifestyles, etc.) might increase the attractiveness and competitive advantage of cities and clusters. Students choosing this major orient their career towards organizations such as urban regeneration and territorial development agencies, festival and mega-event organizers, internet based tourist agencies; entertainment venues, hospitality and accommodation firms, food and wine production related business, charter travel and tourist services firms.
The major structure includes 2 compulsory workshops, 2 workshops chosen by the student and 2 elective courses chosen among all the elective courses of the Bocconi Master of Science programs. The two compulsory Major workshops are:

> Major workshop 2: Digital Innovations in Tourism
> Major workshop 3: 1 workshop chosen from a short list (made up of all 3 and 4 workshops, open to all MSc students)
