Your internships credits can be included in the amount of credits required for the selection process of Bocconi applicants 2024/2025 a.y. if recorded in the academic career by:
- July 31, 2023 for the first admission round;
- April 30, 2024 for the second round;
II round
In order to be registered in your study plan by the deadline of April 30, 2024 (If it’s not already registered in your study plan) the internship must satisfy the following criteria:
1) to be properly activated before its start and obtained the prior authorization for credit recognition by the Internship Office (check here the requirements of a curricular internship for credits).
ATTENTION: the prior authorization for credit recognition (at the beginning of the experience) it’s mandatory to obtain the credits also for all the experiences formalized without the Bocconi Internship agreement (internship outside of Italy formalized through a bilateral contract made by the company);
2) it must be completed by April 30 or it must have reached the minimum duration (6 weeks full-time/8 weeks part-time)* required for curricular recognition by April 30 (in the case of an internship still running after that date);
3) it must have by April 30 all the necessary documentation for final recognition (we remind you that it is your responsibility to ensure that all the required documents are there).
For this to happen, we have set up timescales that will help you to achieve the final credit recognition by April 30. Strictly follow the steps below, (we remind you that it is your responsibility to ensure that all the required documents are there).
Please note that the internship must be included in your study plan (in line with deadlines of modification of the study plan).
1) by April 16 check that the following documents are present in the yoU@B diary > Internship menu > My internships:
- the final evaluation completed by you and the final evaluation (or final certificate) completed by the company supervisor;
- only for research field projects (report written by you on the activity carried out).
ATTENTION: if some issues occur in completing or finding the documents, promptly contact the Internship Office (via B in touch > Internship section).
2) Following the final recognition of the internship, the credits are registered in the study plan.
ATTENTION: the internship must be included in your study plan to replace an elective course in line with deadlines of modification of the study plan. For additional information you can contact the Academic Services selecting Study Plan on B in touch.
