Music Room

In via Bocconi 12 (floor -1 outside the Residence) a well-equipped and soundproof practice room will be available only to Bocconi internal users (students, faculty and staff).

The room is open from Monday to Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.

 

To use the Music Room, please do the following:

  • Read the new Regulations on the use of the Music Room and proper use of Equipment 
  • Pay the annual fee of € 30 to use the room by logging in with Bocconi User and selecting Campus Life > Music Room.
  • Complete the dedicated booking procedure. 
    Important: Please note that the ‘ORDER ID’ is unique for the whole year and must always be entered in the booking platform, in the appropriate section. You can see here some examples of where to retrieve the Order ID.
  • Bring your university badge and a valid ID with you when you go to the Music Room.

Please note!

  • A maximum of 2 consecutive sessions (duration: 1 hour each) per day can be reserved, for a total of 2 hours of use of the room. If you book more than 2 consecutive sessions, Campus Life will automatically cancel all those bookings following the first 2 consecutive sessions reserved.
  • The Bocconi email account must be used, otherwise the registration will be canceled. Please, note: the reservation must be made on behalf of the user of the Music Room.
  • Reservations must be canceled within 24 hours prior to the start time of the first time slot booked
  • Regular checks will be made on the actual use of the Music Room. In the event that the booking is not cancelled and you do not turn up three times within the month in the booked slot, Campus Life reserves the right to cancel and suspend the use of the room.

  • 1 complete Yamaha electronic drum kit (complete with cymbal set but not drumsticks, brushes, headphones, etc.)
  • 1 Yamaha keyboard (complete with PSU40 power supply, stand and Bespeco Sustain pedal)
  • 1 Technics keyboard
  • 3 Soundstation DM99 microphones complete with poles (3) and stands (3)
  • 8 XRL-XRL microphone cables (2 x 10m, 1 x 5m, 4 x 3m)
  • 2 Soundstation soundstands
  • 4 FX soundstands
  • 1 Alchemyx Soundstation 802 UFX mixer
  • 1 Soundstation Zeus II A 600 mixer power amplifier with Rack
  • 1 VOX AD 100 VT guitar amplifier
  • 1 Laney LV300 amplifier + pedal and multi-core cable
  • 1 Markbass bass amplifier
  • 2 Soundstation SSP 10 -5P passive speakers
  • 2 Soundstation speaker stands
  • 4 Speakon speaker cables (1 x 10m, 1 x 3m)
