  • Flow to Yin Yoga with Michela
    In English

Flow to Yin is a style of yoga that combines the benefits of a dynamic, energizing practice with those of a more static, reflective practice. Through this combination, we strengthen and at the same time relax the body and learn to let go of tensions and thoughts.

Instructor: Michela Granconato. Since receiving her first certification in September 2020, Michela has taught the various styles in which she specializes at different schools, such as YogaEssential - Spazio Garibaldi 77, Casa Yoga, Accademia Olistica Punti d'Incontro, and Milano Yoga Space.

  • Hara Yoga with Asahi
    In English

Hara Yoga is a practice that draws on various areas of interest in Eastern tradition, offered as a valid tool for achieving psychophysical balance. Placing oneself in harmony with the source of life energy located in the stomach (HARA), muscular strengthening and resistance are improved and joints are freed from states of excessive tensing and lack of flexibility. The course offers a variety of useful and stimulating techniques. Each lesson will have different rhythms: energetic and focused (WASA), slower and more intense (KRIYA), purification exercises (DHAUTI) as well as keeping still in several positions (ASANA). The study and control of breathing (PRANAYAMA), our primary source of energy, is at the basis of each technique proposed.

Instructor: Asahi Nicolò Cameroni, osteopath and Hara Yoga teacher. Graduated in Osteopathy with the title of Bachelor Science of Honours in Osteopathy and recognised by the R.O.I.
