A Conversation on the Digital Economy. Risks and Future Perspectives

In the age of the digital economy, transformative technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) and the proliferation of data, have ushered in a new era of unprecedented opportunities and challenges. 
Such digital transformation greatly affects modern democracies, which must find ways to regulate it and keep it under control, for example, through A.I. Acts or Executive Orders. With no safeguards, A.I.-related risks can easily spread and be progressively harder to control.
This conversation aims to shed light on some of the key issues of this digital revolution, including A.I., digital constitutionalism, data management, misinformation, and emerging cybercrime.
