BookCrossing
BookCrossing is a way to exchange books, share, connect with others, reduce waste and pollution, and encourage reading and opportunities for conviviality!
In collaboration with the student association Bocconi d’Inchiostro, Egea and the Bocconi Library, the Campus Life office is promoting a BookCrossing area to encourage the sharing of knowledge and cultural exchange, while at the same time promoting the reuse of paper resources, in line with the University’s sustainability plan.
The BookCrossing area is located on the mezzanine floor of the Via Bocconi 12 building and was inaugurated on 26 September 2023.
The initiative is completely free and open to all members of the Bocconi community: anyone can take one or more books and donate others.
All donated books will have a stamp indicating that they are not abandoned books but books 'on the move'.
You too can take care of this reality to ensure that books continue to circulate and thus keep the bookcrossing community alive.
In addition, throughout the year Bocconi d’Inchiostro organizes meetings and events in this area: follow them to find out more!
And for all BookCrossing users there is a free Campus Life bookmark available in the area!
