Erasmus+ Scholarship: Before Mobility

Before the beginning of the mobility, you will be asked to complete the following procedures:

The Mobility Agreement (please see the download section below) is the essential contract between you and Bocconi, that regulates all the conditions of your Erasmus+ Scholarship. Therefore, please read it carefully in all its parts, checking the consistency of the information in the document, especially of the indicated mobility period. If there is a relevant discrepancy in the mobility dates indicated in the Mobility Agreement, compared to the mobility dates communicated by the host school, please inform us.

Before your period abroad starts, you will receive an email with the link to the document that will be available on your yoU@B agenda.

You have to allow pop-ups on your browser and accept the conditions of the agreement on the yoU@B diary.

In order to sign electronically the Mobility Agreement, follow the instructions:

  1. Go to: yoU@B agenda>International Programs>Erasmus (left menu). Select one of the two boxes:

  • The first option states that this is your first Erasmus grant, or you received your previous Erasmus grant during your Bachelor Program, and you are now enrolled in a MSc.

  • The second option states that you have previously benefited, within your current study cycle, from Erasmus student status for a mobility for the purpose of study and/or internship.

  1. Show and confirm: click on show to open the Mobility Agreement containing the conditions of your scholarship. Please download the PDF to obtain a copy of it. Click "confirm" in order to sign electronically/accept your Mobility Agreement.

  2. After you confirm it, your Mobility Agreement will be validated by Bocconi. It will then be always available on your yoU@B diary.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • The mobility period is based on conventional dates according to the most recent academic calendar available of your host university. This period will be confirmed by the Certificate of Arrival and Departure, duly signed by the host school. In case of major differences in your mobility dates please inform us.

  • The Mobility Agreement is considered signed as both parties approved it, even if no signature appears on it.

The Online Learning Agreement sets out the programme of the studies to be followed abroad.

To submit your OLA, please follow the instructions below:

1. access your yoU@B student’s Diary ("Recognition of exams taken abroad" link);

2. confirm what modules you are going to attend by ticking the box on the left of the course title;

3. only after you have confirmed all the courses you are attending, please click the Send OLA to Host University tab. This action will send the foreign university a request for approval of the OLA. You will receive the outcome of that request by a message in the system.

Please check the EWP-OLA User Guide for a step-by-step guide on the OLA procedure (see Download section below).

PLEASE NOTE:

  • you can confirm what modules you are going to attend (by ticking the box on the left of the course title) only if you obtained the approval; please insert ALL the requests for the courses you are going to attend abroad as soon as you can.
  • This activity has no effect on your study plan structure and composition; you will receive detailed instructions on how to finalize the recognition process at the end of your semester abroad.
  • once back from your experience abroad, you will be able to make a request for recognition only of the activities approved on the OLA, if they are present also on the Transcript of Records. During and after your mobility, if necessary, you will be able to make changes to the OLA, adding and/or deleting courses that you will/will not take abroad. Please remember that if you want to make changes to the OLA, you must submit again your modified OLA to have it approved (please follow again the instructions above).

To receive Erasmus+ scholarship payments, you must register your personal and bank details on the Bocconi "Regime Fiscale" platform and provide the Certificate of arrival, which is useful to confirm your arrival at the host university and to calculate your actual days of mobility.
