Mindfulness Area
In an effort to support our wellbeing , to improve our own awareness of the relationship between mind and body and to achieve a psychophysical balance, members of the Bocconi community can access an on campus Mindfulness Area.
This area is meant to be a space for reflection, and individual mindfulness and meditation practices.
This area is available to any member of the Bocconi University Community who is seeking a quiet, simple place to reflect or meditate. You will have the chance to disconnect from the business of your day and reconnect with yourself.
This space is located in the Campus Life Area, at Via Bocconi 12 (mezzanine floor) and it is open from 7:30am to 9:30am and from 12:30pm to 2:30pm Mondays through Fridays.
To access the area, reservations must be made using the dedicated online procedure.
You are also required to report to the residence hall Reception desk on the mezzanine floor with your Bocconi badge, to pick up the keys to access the meditation area.
If you don't know where to start with meditation or if you want to know more about it, have a look at the dedicated self-help resources that you can find here.
