Services and Infrastructures Survey

 

The university regularly conducts an online survey targeting staff and faculty, to gather their feedback on a range of services offered by the university. The collected data is used to provide valuable insights for organizational improvements. 

After being sent to the Unit/Service Directors, an online procedure is provided for them to submit comments on the evaluations received and propose any improvement actions along with implementation timelines. The feedback collected undergoes validation by the Managing Director, the Rector, and the President of the Quality Assurance Committee. Each year, service managers are invited for an update on the actions taken.
