Promoted by its alumni and by recruiters, the MBA of the school gains two positions in the ranking of the best programs taught outside of the US

Thanks to the positive opinions expressed by its alumni and by companies worldwide SDA Bocconi School of Management has confirms its membership in the restricted group of the best international business schools of Bloomberg Businessweek. The school's MBA in fact gained two positions and placed 12th among the best programs taught outside of the US.

The criteria used have been revised this year and now include feedback from 1,461 recruiters worldwide on the schools they consider the best (35% of the total score), a survey of the alumni from the classes of 2006, 2007 and 2008 on how their MBA affected their careers and salary change (30%), a survey of the class of 2015 with their opinion on academics, career services, campus, etc. (15%), data on placement within 3 months of graduation (10%) and data on how much MBAs make in their first jobs after graduation (10%). Only 29 schools are included in the ranking of the best international programs.

"Improving two positions in the ranking is a very positive result for two reasons," comments Stefano Gatti, MBA Director. "On one hand, it rewards the continuing effort to improve the quality of the program. On the other, keeping in mind that those surveyed are alumni who graduated many years ago, it testifies to the value of the program during a whole career and not just in the short term."

SDA Bocconi also asserts itself as the only Italian business school present in all the most important international rankings, including Financial Times, Forbes and The Economist.
