Bocconi and Kings College at the Heart of Law in the Digital Era
For lawyers and legal practitioners today having to deal with innovation, the Internet and technological development is a key issue. To keep pace with the international legal issues emerging in this digital age, Bocconi and King's College London have come together to offer a dual program for those seeking an in-depth understanding of the intricate legal dimensions of internet technology.
The program is divided in one semester at Bocconi and one semester at King's College with compulsory courses attended in Milan (such as Free Speech and Human Rights in the Cyberspace, Data and Innovation Law, Intellectual Property Law) and elective courses taught in London - ranging from Cyberspace Law to the legal challenges of cryptocurrencies and Blockchain. Faculty will include both leading academics in the field and renowned experts and practitioners from international law firms, the corporate world and governmental authorities.
At the end of the program students will obtain both a Specialized Master in Law of Internet Technologies from Bocconi and an LLM in Law, Innovation and Technology from King's.
The new double program will be presented in a webinar to prospective students on December 4 at 5.30pm CET, including all aspects related to program structure, applications and admissions.
