Editor in Chief: Giovanni Bravi
Giovanni Bravi joined the editorial team of Bocconi Legal Papers in 2020 and is currently its Editor-in-Chief. Born in Monza in 1999, he obtained the Scientific Diploma, and is now attending the 5th year of the Integrated Master of Arts in Law, majoring in business law. Having been selected to represent Bocconi University in the European Law Moot Court, he had the opportunity to benefit from the coaching of a renowned global law firm. Chosen for the prestigious “double degree” programme, he is at the same time pursuing an LL.M. in international business and finance law at Singapore Management University, where he is currently also working as research assistant in the area of comparative legal studies for Prof. Maartje de Visser. In addition, he has recently worked as legal intern in the corporate departments of two major Italian law firms, where he was able to deepen his academic interests, which mainly focus on corporate law and extraordinary corporate transactions.

Vice-Editor in Chief: Stefano Guido
Stefano Guido joined the editorial team of Bocconi Legal Papers in 2021 and is its Vice Editor-in-Chief for the current academic year. Born in Lecce in 2000, he obtained the Scientific Diploma cum laude and he is now attending the 4th year of the Integrated Master of Arts in Law at Bocconi University. Selected in the University's Exchange program, he is enrolled, for the second semester of the current academic year, at the prestigious King's College in London. Main academic interests are public business law, constitutional law and administrative law. He is fluent in English (Ielts grade 8.0). He holds the title of “best oralist” in a moot at the University and has worked as legal intern in a leading Italian law firm.

Supervising Editor in Chief: Camilla Garzon
Camilla Garzon joined the editorial team of Bocconi Legal Papers in 2021 as Article editor and is the Supervising Editor for the current academic year. Born in Mantua, she obtained the Classics Diploma with full marks. During high school, she spent an exchange year in Canada where she obtained the Canadian Diploma as well. Nowadays she is attending the 4th year of the Integrated Master of Arts in Law at Bocconi University Milan. She is fluent in English (IELTS Academic C2) and she is deepening her French and Norwegian. During her third year she completed an internship in the Litigation department of a well-known law firm established in Milan and she actively takes part in several volunteering projects. Her academic interests focus on commercial law with a particular focus on financial crimes.

Vice-Supervising Editor in Chief: Maria Roberti
Maria Roberti joined the editorial team of Bocconi Legal Papers in 2021, as an Article Editor. Nowadays, she is part of the managing board as Vice-Supervising Editor. Born and raised in Brescia, she is currently enrolled in the 4th year of Master of Integrated Arts in Law, majoring in international law. During her course of study, she became keen on the novel and thriving frontier of IT law, which she had the chance to deepen thanks to a Summer School of Université de Genève, in summer 2021. She speaks fluently English (IELTS Academic — Overall C1), besides having a basic knowledge of Portuguese and recently she committed herself to the study of French. Recently, she has been selected in the University's Exchange program, which will have her attend, for the second semester, the Erasmus Universiteit in Rotterdam. Among others academic interests, it can be mentioned European Union law and international arbitration.


Gregorio Casoni
Gregorio Casoni joins Bocconi Legal Papers in 2021 as Article Editor and becomes Executive Editor the following year. He was born in Parma in 1999, where he obtained the Scientific Diploma with an evaluation of 100/100. He is currently enrolled in the fifth year of the Bocconi Law School. He is an LL.M. candidate at the Indiana University – Maurer School of Law as one of the four competitively selected students for the “Double Degree” programme. At Maurer he is a permanent member of the Dean’s Advisory Council and a Student Bar Association graduate representative. He nurtures his interests for Criminal Law by being a research assistant to Criminal Law Professor India Thusi, and independent researcher in a Corporate Criminal Law project supervised by Professor Aneil Kovvali. He is fluent in English (C2) and Spanish (B2), and he is a beginner in French.  He is a sailing instructor (ADI) in a Tuscany-based yacht club.

Aleksandar Mitrovic
Aleksandar Mitrovic joined the editorial board of Bocconi Legal Papers in 2020, becoming Executive Editor in 2021. Born and raised in Verona, he obtained the High School Diploma in Scientific Studies and is currently enrolled in the 5th year of the Integrated Master of Arts in Law at Bocconi University. In January 2022, Aleksandar joined Duke University School of Law (USA) as an exchange student in the LLM program for the spring semester. He completed internships in court and in a law firm. Italian and Serbian-Croatian native speaker, he is also fluent in English (IELTS Academic –C1) and has a good knowledge of German. His areas of greatest academic interest are banking law and administrative law.

Arianna Toma
Arianna Toma joined the editorial team of Bocconi Legal Papers in 2021 as Article Editor and is currently Executive Editor. Born in Gallipoli in 2001, she obtained the Linguistic Diploma with full marks, getting both an Italian degree and a Spanish Bachillerato. Nowadays, she is attending the 4th year of the Integrated Master of Arts in Law. Her academic interests focus on constitutional law, Italian and comparative, and on European Union law. She took part, as member of Bocconi University team, in the International Moot Court Competition in Law and Religion. She is proficient in English (Cambridge Proficiency – C2) and in Spanish (DELE – C1). Moreover, she has a basic knowledge of German and she is deepening her French. She is also member of a university student association that deals with diplomacy and international cooperation.

Alberto Tognon
Alberto Tognon joined the editorial team of Bocconi Legal Papers in October 2020 as Article Editor and was promoted to Executive Editor in June 2021. Born and raised in Veneto, he obtained the Classical Diploma at Liceo Tito Lucrezio Caro in Cittadella (PD). During the high school period, he did an internship at a local law firm. He also took part in the National High School Model United Nations (NHSMUN) Conference in New York. He is attending the 5th year of the School of Law at Bocconi university. During the second semester of the 4th year, he was an exchange student at the University of Richmond School of Law and starting from May 2022 he was a stagiaire in Italy’s largest law firm, where he joined the Healthcare & Life Sciences team. He fluently speaks English (Cambridge Advanced C1) and he is studying to improve his knowledge of Spanish.His academic interests focus on corporate law, M&A and Capital Markets.

Leonardo Gastaldo
Leonardo Gastaldo joined Bocconi Legal Papers in 2021. Born in Friuli Venezia-Giulia in 1999, he graduated with top grades from the high school “D. Alighieri” in Gorizia. In 2021 he was selected to take part in the Legal Clinics programme, thus working in the “Bocconi4Innovation” start-up incubator. Afterwards, he spends the first semester of his fifth year of studies at the University of St.Gallen, Switzerland, as part of the THEMIS programme. During his university years, he dedicated every summer to a work experience that would allow him to deepen his legal knowledge. Passionate about corporate law, after working in the Litigation and Corporate departments of two different Magic Circle law firms, last summer he was an intern at a leading Italian law firm in its capital markets department.

Giorgio Hassan
Giorgio Hassan joins Bocconi Legal Papers in 2022 as Article Editor. Born in Rome in 2001, he has always attended the “Istituto Paritario Villa Flaminia”, where, in 2019, he received his classical diploma, completing a quite peculiar high school path, known under the term “European classical high school business & administration”.  Since then, he has been enrolled in a master's degree program in law at Bocconi. He is fluent in both English and Spanish (IELTS Academic, DELE - C1). In 2017, in his fourth year of high school, he spent a semester studying at Saint John's International School in Puerto Rico. Since a very young age, he has been playing piano at the “Ciampi” music school in Rome.The areas that most meet his academic interests are mainly in business law, but on the other hand, they range from public law to the latest developments in artificial intelligence in the legal field.

Gabriele Cuomo
Gabriele Cuomo joined the editorial team of Bocconi Legal Papers in 2021, as an Article Editor. Born in Cuorgnè (TO), he obtained the Scientific Diploma. Nowadays, he is attending the fourth year of Integrated Master of Arts in Law. Here, fluent in English (IELTS Academic- C1) carries on its studies with passion and commitment. Moreover, he is deepening his French. Its main areas of interest are public law, both European and Italian, with a focus on constitutional and administrative law. He was selected to be part of the Themis program, a network composed by 12 prestigious universities in Europe, Asia and Oceania, aimed at creating a new standard of excellence in the field of business and international law. In the context of the program, he is currently undertaking a semester at Esade University, Barcelona. He is an undergraduate member of Blest- Bocconi Lab in European Studies, with whom cooperates through the writing of articles, and a volunteer of UASI-Ukraine Support and Information.

Francesco de Rosa
Francesco De Rosa joined Bocconi Legal Papers in October 2021 as Article Editor. Born and raised in Pescara, he obtained the Classic Diploma and he is enrolled in the fourth year of the Integrated Master of Arts in Law at Bocconi University. In 2017 he also studied abroad in Gold Coast, Australia. He speaks fluent English (Ielts-C1) and he is deepening his French studies. His academic intere

Marika Franzese
Marika Franzese joined the editorial team of Bocconi Legal Papers in 2020 as Article Editor. Born in Naples in 1999 and raised in a neighbouring town, she graduated with honors from the Classical High School. She is currently a student in the 4th year of the Integrated Master of Arts in Law at Bocconi University, business major. She is fluent in English (C1) and she is deepening her Spanish and her French. Particularly sensitive to voluntary activities, she took part, as a volunteer, in the pilot initiative organized by Bocconi University and Harvard University to support secondary schools during the suspension of teaching activities following the COVID-19 epidemic emergency, to provide support to secondary school students through free tutoring.  Last summer she was selected as stagiaire for the “Dai un Senso al Profitto” project, coordinated by the CERGAS Research Centre of Bocconi University, taking advantage of the opportunity to gain direct experience of the world of work by combining economic professionalism and social impact. Her areas of interest are Commercial and Corporate Law.

Camilla D'Abbraccio
Camilla D’Abbraccio, born in Gallarate in 2000, obtained the Classical diploma in 2019 and joined the editorial team of Bocconi Legal Papers in 2022 as Article Editor. She is now attending the fourth year of Integrated Master of Arts in Law at Bocconi University in Milan and, in particular, she is interested in comparative law and international arbitration. She intends to obtain the Spanish language certificate DELE B2, in order to improve with compared to the B1 level obtained in 2017. With regard to English language, on the other hand, she obtained C1 level in the Legal English internal exam at University; lastly, she also knows the basis of russian language.  Finally, she is a member of a student association since 2021 and, for this academic year, she has the role of head with regard to the Moot Court Projects area.

Mariano Andrea Morabito
Mariano Andrea Morabito joined the editorial team of Bocconi Legal Papers in 2022 as Article Editor. Born in Reggio di Calabria in 2001, he obtained the Classic Diploma and the French Diploma (BAC), both with maximum grades. He speaks English fluently and knows French. Right now, he is attending the 3rd year of the Integrated Master of Arts in Law in the Commercial University Luigi Bocconi in Milan. His academic interests are mainly focused on private law and penal law, especially the branch of economic crimes; nonetheless, he likes to examine in depth the other subjects as well.

Luca Francesco Giacobbe
Luca Francesco Giacobbe joined the editorial team of Bocconi Legal Paper in 2021 as Article Editor. Born in Lamezia Terme in 2001, he obtained the Classic Diploma with honors and an Intermediate Diploma in piano at the P.I. Tchaikovsky Conservatory. Nowadays, he is attending the 4th year of the Integrated Masters of Arts in Law and works as an IT tutor in the IT Law course held by ITEC in Bocconi. He completed the Exchange Program at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He is fluent in English (Proficiency – C2) and he is improving his German.

Elisa Piccini
Elisa Piccini joined Bocconi Legal Papers in October 2022 as Article Editor. Born in Milan in 2000, she obtained the Scientific Diploma, and is now in the fourth year of the Integrated Master of Arts in Law. She is interested in international law, European Union law, and human rights, and she had the opportunity to deepen these interests by participating in a summer school in public international law, held by The Hague Academy of International Law. She is further expanding her passion for these areas by participating in the UASI Legal Clinic, which provides support to Ukrainians fleeing the war. Selected for the Themis program, she spent the first semester of her fourth year at Singapore Management University, where she mainly took international law courses. She is also part of a university student association, where she takes part in the organization of Moot Court competitions.

Silvia Dalla Quercia
Silvia Dalla Quercia joined the editorial team of Bocconi Legal Papers in 2022 as Article Editor. Born in Verona in 2022, and obtained the Classic Diploma, today she is enrolled in her 4th year of the Integrated Master of Arts in Law, majoring in business law. Silvia has been selected for the prestigious exchange program, now she is studying at the University of Zurich, where, in particular, she attends classes that are in line with her interest in company law, financial law and international law. This interest was strengthened after she actively participated in a number of university associations dealing with economic and legal issues, giving her the opportunity to focus on business strategy and legal reporting activities. In the past she spent a period in a notary’s studio where she assisted the Notary and witnessed official acts, which provided her with the opportunity to improve her legal practice.

Sofia Gustapane
Sofia Gustapane joined Bocconi Legal Papers in 2022 as Article Editor. Born in Cork, Ireland, she obtained a Diploma with honours in Classical studies in 2020 from the Leone XIII high school in Milan. During her high school years, she participated in several merit based projects, including an experience simulating the work of the European Parliament in Brussels and an exchange in the United States. Sofia is a native English speaker and is fluent in french, which she is still studying. She is currently attending the 3rd year of the Integrated Master of Arts in Law. Her main areas of academic interest are commercial law and public law.

Valeria Maria Romana Sgobbi
Valeria Sgobbi joined the editorial team of Bocconi Legal Papers in 2021 and is currently involved as an Article Editor. Born in Milano in 2000, she graduated obtaining the Classic Diploma with full marks. While in high school, she spent some time abroad to improve her English and German knowledge and fluency. At the moment, she is enrolled in the 4th year of the Integrated Master of Arts in Law and is also involved in a students’ association focused on legal issues, where in the academic year 2021-2022 she was the head of a branch. Valeria speaks English fluently – certified at level C1 – and also has good knowledge of German, a language she is still deepening. Currently she is involved in the European Law Moot Court, a mock trial to which take part many european and non-european universities. In addition, her main interests in the legal field regard public law, European law, tax law and commercial law.

Gianluca Pantaleo
Gianluca Pantaleo joined the editorial team of Bocconi Legal Papers in 2022 and is presently its Article Editor. Born in Putignano in 2000, he obtained the Scientific Diploma with a focus on Law and economics. Currently he is now attending the 4th year of the Integrated Master of Arts in Law, majoring in international law. From the same year, after taking part in several activities within student associations, he joined the project of San Siro Legal Clinic. He is particularly interested in the cultures and juridical systems of South Asia, and for this reason he started from this year the studying of the Hindi language.

Lucrezia Villa
Lucrezia Villa joined Bocconi Legal Papers in 2022 as Article Editor. From Milan, born in 2001, she graduated with top marks from the Italian Esame di Stato with scientific focus, in the context of a trial programme that allowed her to graduate a year earlier than her peers. She is currently attending the fourth year of the Master of Arts in Law programme and works towards her interest in the corporate law field, aiming at pursuing it in sustainability and innovation. She is President of a student society of the Bocconi School of Law, and has recently completed an internship at a major Italian law firm. She is fluent in English and French and has taken up the study of Mandarin Chinese.

Maria Cristina Trimboli
Maria Cristina Trimboli joined the editorial team of Bocconi Legal Papers in 2021 as Article Editor. Born in Cosenza, she obtained the Classical Diploma with full marks and honors in 2019. During high school she took part in many exchange programs thanks to which she improved her English and her French. Nowadays she is attending the 4th year of the Master of Integrated Arts in Law at Bocconi University. Here, she was selected to participate in a Moot Court Competition and, with her team, she reached the semi-finals. Between September 2022 and January 2023 she was a visiting student at the Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC), in France, as part of the THEMIS Law Network. She is also involved in several student associations, and she is Vicepresident and Responsible Research Area in one of these. She speaks fluently English (C1), and she is deepening her French (B2). Her academic areas of interest are Criminal law, European law and International law.

Luca Crepaldi
Luca Crepaldi joined the editorial team of Bocconi Legal Papers in 2022 as Article Editor. Born in Monza, he obtained a Scientific Diploma and he combined the latter with the study of piano at Civica Scuola di Musica “Donizetti”. Today, he is attending the 3rd year of the integrated Master of Arts in Law. He is fluent in English (IELST Academic – C1) and has a basic knowledge of Spanish. He has been active in the students’ associations field since his first year, in fact, he holds the position of Vice-president in an association focused on ethical-legal areas and he is an active member of another association that deals with business law content. His main areas of academic interest are public law and commercial law, in particular on capital markets.  

Marco Alibrando
Marco Alibrando joined the editorial team of Bocconi Legal Papers as Article Editor as of October 2022. Born in Trieste in 2001 and moved to Sicily with his family since he was a child, he obtained a Scientific Diploma with the highest marks. He is currently attending the 3rd year of the Master's Degree in Law at the Luigi Bocconi University in Milan. His main areas of interest are commercial law, comparative private law and accounting law. He is fluent in English, and he is currently deepening his study of French and Portuguese. In addition, he is now involved in social and cultural voluntary work.

Lorenzo Vergari
Lorenzo Vergari joined Bocconi Legal Papers in 2020 and currently holds the position of Article Editor. Born and raised in Treviso, he obtained the Scientific Diploma. Today he is attending the 5th year of the Master of Laws degree program and he is part of the Bocconi University team for the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. He recently completed an internship in corporate law/M&A at an Italian law firm. He spent a semester at Maastricht University as part of the THEMIS-Joint Certificate in International and Business Law program. He has been a class representative, a member of the Bocconi team for the Moot Competition in Public Comparative Law, and a member of various university associations. His academic interests focus on business law and criminal law.

Giovanni Marenco
Giovanni Marenco joined Bocconi Legal Papers as Article Editor in October 2020. Born in Alessandria in 1999, he obtained the Classical Studies Diploma cum laude. He is currently enrolled in the 5th year of the Integrated Master of Arts in Law, majoring in business law, and has received for two consecutive years a prestigious Excellence Award conferred by Bocconi University. There, he worked as Teaching Assistant for the Legal Computer Science Course and was president of a student association. He was also part of Milan-Bollate Legal Clinics. Selected for the prestigious “double degree” program, he is at the same time pursuing an LL.M. in Corporate Compliance at Fordham University in New York. He is now part of the University Law Review and member of one of NYC Bar Association Research Committees. Furthermore, he is working as a legal intern for the New York office of a major international law firm, in the corporate and M&A department. He is proficient in English (Advanced – C1) and has good knowledge of French.

Susanna Bozzi
Susanna Bozzi joined the editorial team of Bocconi Legal Papers in 2022, as Article Editor. Born in Ancona in December 2001, she attended the Liceo Classico Europeo of Teramo, where she obtained the Classical High School Diploma and le Diplôme du Baccalauréat Général (EsaBac) cum laude, achieving an excellent knowledge of English and French languages. She spent several periods in Canada, USA and France. In addition to improving her knowledge of languages, she was thus able to conceive the idea of her University studies, mainly thanks to an experience at the European Parliament in Strasbourg. Nowadays, she is attending the third year of the Master's Degree in Law at Bocconi University. Her areas of interest are Public Law, Civil Procedure Law and Corporate Law, so much that she plays an active role as member of a student society entirely dedicated to Corporate Law.
