Language requirements for MSc programs
All International applicants are required to meet specific language requirements, that are not compulsory for selection or to complete the application, but only in case of admission and to complete the enrollment.
When filling in the online application, candidates can indicate whether they have already met the language requirement or they intend to obtain certification by the set deadline.
To confirm the offer, applicants must give evidence of meeting the language requirement by the enrollment deadline, and in any case by and no later than June 30th, 2025, otherwise their enrollment will be canceled.
To apply for MSc programs taught in English, it is not necessary to prove any knowledge of the Italian language, but it is necessary to demonstrate an English language knowledge at least equal to the B2 level of the Council of Europe's Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
In particular, applicants must meet one of the following requirements:
- university qualification (or secondary school diploma) awarded in English or
- one of the recognized international English language certificates listed below or
- English exam at B2 level (or higher) passed in a university course.

*Please note that students who are nationals from a majority English-speaking country are automatically assumed to meet the minimum English Language requirement. These countries are, for example, Australia, Canada, New Zealand.
