Quality Assurance Bodies
The Quality Assurance (QA) system of Bocconi consists of a set of structures, tools, organizational and procedural methods. These elements are coordinated and designed to support the University's policies and strategies, according to quality standards and fostering continuous improvement across teaching, research, third mission activities, as well as institutional and management functions.
The Quality Assurance bodies ensure the implementation of processes aligned with the University's quality policies and strategies. They possess clearly defined roles, responsibilities, and mutual relations, thus contributing to the effective organization of the institution.
Key internal players within the University's QA system include:
- Planning and Liaison Committee;
- Evaluation Unit;
- Quality Assurance Committee;
- Student-Faculty Joint Teaching Committees;
- Program Review Groups.
The structure and functions of these players are regulated by the University Statute, General Regulations, as well as specific regulations outlined by the Quality Assurance Bodies and guidelines provided by ANVUR.
