Three pieces of advice for firstyear students in the School of Law

, by Barbara Orlando
Pietro Sirena, school Director: be masters of your time, build a network of relationships, enjoy Milan

MANAGE YOUR TIME WELL
The most important thing is to organize yourself throughout the week: set your medium-long term goals and make a plan to achieve them. The more you fill your days with different challenges, the more you will feel fulfilled and productive. It is essential to put studies first, but also to leave adequate room for sports, socializing and the great cultural opportunities that Milan offers you.

NETWORK AND DEVELOP RELATIONSHIPS TO ACCOMPANY YOU THROUGH LIFE
Bocconi is a community rich in diversity, culture and experiences – the type you cannot find in a classroom alone. You will have your own study groups, essential to make learning a shared and stimulating experience, as well as many other opportunities to make new friends, nurture interests and create bonds that will last a lifetime.

EXPLORE MILAN, NOT JUST BOCCONI
By choosing Bocconi, you have also chosen Milan. Get to know and respect the city, taking advantage of what it has to offer. Breathe in the European and international spirit that is alive on our campus and throughout the city.
