Talking about Digital Business Strategy

, by Fabio Todesco
Margherita Pagani heads to Philadelphia's Temple University to discuss an article of hers for MIS Quarterly

Margherita Pagani, assistant professor at the Department of Marketing, is among the authors invited to Philadelphia's Fox School of Business at Temple University to discuss at an international symposium (April 8th-10th) their articles for a revision before the publication in a special issue of MIS Quarterly devoted to Digital Business Strategy.

The goal of the workshop - and of the forthcoming special issue - is to define and bring clarity to the nascent ideas on the notion of digital business strategy. While the first day is reserved for an impressive set of practitioners who will provide their views on digital business strategy, the authors of the scholarly articles will discuss their works during the two-day academic-oriented session that seeks to integrate and synthesize different points of views on how IT influences business strategies in a wide range of contexts.

Pagani will present a work regarding Digital Business Strategy and Value Creation: Framing the Dynamic Cycle of Control Points with the Business Double Helix Model.
