At the Milan Marathon on 8 April, Runners Compete to Support Students
The Milan Marathon is back, scheduled for 8 April 2018, and Bocconi University's sporting and solidarity commitment returns with it. This year the University is a silver partner of the event's Charity Program, with the aim to reach the figure of 12 thousand euros. Funds will be gathered by the relay teams running under the Bocconi banner through a gift network and, if the goal is reached, will enable a partial tuition exemption over the entire three-year program of study for one student. Relay batons for 40 teams are available, for a total of 160 participants, and each team of four must raise 300 euros.
Once again this year, the scholarship (60% exemption from University tuition and fees) will be named after Fabrizio Cosi, the Bocconi runner who passed away in 2015.
Last year, thanks to the commitment of 96 relay runners (in teams of 4, logging 10 km each), two partial scholarships were financed by the 24 thousand euros donated.
