Rector Verona and Chief of Staff Vecciarelli signed a framework agreement aimed at defining tailor made strategies and courses

A new, prestigious partner with which to start a fruitful collaboration. The partner in question is the Italian Air Force, with which on 26 March a framework agreement was signed aimed at the development and experimentation of new methods and tools concerning the areas of project, quality and knowledge management. The signing took place at the Palazzo Aeronautica in Rome, in the presence of Rector Gianmario Verona and Chief of Staff General Enzo Vecciarelli.

"The aim of this agreement between SDA Bocconi School of Management and Aeronautica Militare", explains Raffaella Saporito, Director EMMAP - Executive Master in Management of Public Administrations, who oversaw the contents of the agreement for Bocconi, "is to enhance the managerial skills of the two institutions in the public sphere. The Air Force is going through a profound process of streamlining the structure that requires great managerial skills, and our task ", the professor continues," will also be to use our research skills to model what they are doing ".

But, as Saporito explains, "SDA Bocconi will also benefit greatly from the collaboration because the innovation process put in place by the Air Force can also be useful for other public administrations". This aspect was also highlighted by the Air Force, as General Vecciarelli puts it: "With this agreement, in fact," says the Chief of Staff, "two important companies or reference in the field of research, each with its specific characteristics, have put their resources on a common path to develop new managerial models that will lead to a profound renewal of organizational processes ".
