Andrea Ordanini Appointed Associate Editor of Journal of Service Resaerch

Andrea Ordanini (Department of Marketing) has been appointed associate editor of Journal of Service Research, having accepted the invitation from the editor, Mary Jo Bitner. Ordanini's "outstanding reviewing contributions and service to the JSR editorial board" are the reasons that led Bitner to ask his cooperation.

The associate editors are assigned papers after the first round of reviews and only for works that show promise or receive mixed reviews. It's the role of the associate editors to provide guidance to the authors as well as to provide reccomendations to the editor for the decision on the manuscript.

Journal of Service Research is considered the world's leading service research journal and, even if only five years old, has already reached a good standing and a high impact factor.
