ISEEU parificato certificate a.y. 2025-26

For the ISEEU parificato certificate to be processed, the documents listed below must be:

• Issued by the competent authorities of the state where income was generated and/or assets are owned;
• Legalized by Italian diplomatic or consular missions abroad or Apostille stamped (for documents issued by public authorities), when required;
• In the original language and accompanied by an Italian translation consistent with the foreign text (for documents written in a foreign language) certified by the competent diplomatic or consular mission, or by an official translator. 

1. Copy of a valid ID (Passport, identity card) and fiscal code. If the student is not in possession of an official fiscal code, the CAF office will calculate it;

2. Certificate of family household issued by the competent authority listing all the members of your family unit;

3. Income tax declaration for 2023 calendar year for each member of the family household; the document must clearly attest the incomes referred to 2023 calendar year;  

4. A certificate issued by the Revenue Office attesting the absence of the official income tax return for calendar year 2023, for each member of the family household of age 18 and over who is not in possess an Income tax declaration;

5. Monthly payslips issued by the employer or by the social security authority for the entire calendar year 2023 for employees and/or retirees;

6. Certificazione Unica 2024 of the student referred to 2023 income in case the student received university scholarships for Right of University Education in Italy during 2023;
 

7. Ownership of real estate of any family household members as of 31/12/2023 with indication of the squared meters resulting from a document issued by the relevant official public authority on this subject. If in 2023 no real estate was owned by the family, it is necessary to provide a certificate attesting the absence of ownership of real estate for every member of the household of age 18 and over;

8. Official documents attesting movable assets of the family household as of 31/12/2023:

  a. balance of bank and/or deposit accounts;

  b. account balance of shares, dividends, shareholdings, capitalization policies and any other type of financial investment.

9. In the presence of business activities, individual or corporate as of 31/12/2023, obliged and not obliged to prepare financial statements: Financial statement form (pdf) provided by Bocconi University. The financial statement form must be submitted for each individual or corporate company and must be completed, signed and approved by the competent accountant in charge of the company's tax assistance. This document will also need to be uploaded in the online application together with the ISEEU parificato;

10. In case of absence of sole proprietorship or business activities by any member of the family household, it is mandatory to fill out, sign and submit the “Declaration of Absence of Sole Proprietorship or Business Activities” (available inside the online application). In case the student is a minor, also the signature of the parent exercising legal authority is required. This document must be uploaded together with the ISEEU parificato in the online application.

11. Separation or divorce decree in case of separation or divorce of the parents.

Along with the above documentation, you will need to send one of these two documents to the CAF office:

12. For non-first year students in a.y. 2025-2026: the "Autodichiarazione anni Iscrizione", a self-declaration of enrollment at Bocconi University for a.y. 2024-2025 that can be downloaded from the yoU@B diary;

or

13. For FIRST YEAR students in a.y. 2025-2026: a document attesting the completion of the enrollment procedure for a.y. 2025-2026 ("confirmation letter" to be printed from the enrollment procedure in My Application).

If the documentation is not complete and/or does not match the above, the CAF office will NOT proceed with processing the ISEEU parificato certificate under any circumstances, regardless of any deadline.
