Congratulations for your admission to one of our AY 2025-26 Bachelor programs! We are pleased to welcome you at Bocconi soon.
In order to support our students’ relocation, we have set a special opportunity for selected students – based on their geographical origin and age – and reserved them a priority in housing application. This opportunity is given to selected students of the HEC-Bocconi Double Degree Program and to selected Early Session applicants. The rooms available in the 7 Bocconi residence halls are limited, but we are willing to support these students by granting them accommodation with a priority over all other ones.
Selected HEC-Bocconi Double Degree Program students (session expired)

If you received the email, you are invited to join the "Dedicated reservations", a private room reservation application session (full rate only) opening on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 12.00 pm (noon) italian time. A room for each applicant will be available, and you will only have to choose your favorite option among the ones available. For this application, all students must be regularly enrolled for a.y. 2025-26 for the first absolute time in the first year of a Bachelor program and not included in any of the grounds for exclusion.
Check this page for details on our 7 residence halls, room types and prices: you'll get to know our offer and will be able to choose your desired residence and room type very quickly once accessing the application, as there are limited options available for each type. The accommodation choice will work on a first-come first-served basis. Make sure you have your Bocconi credentials (username/student ID number and password) with you, use a fast internet connection and one device only. > ACCESS the link at the indicated opening time: you will be in a virtual "waiting room". When your turn comes, log in by entering your Bocconi credentials (student ID number/username and password).
> ENTER in the "Accommodation choice" section.
> SELECT THE RESIDENCE
If you do not see any options, it means that there are no longer available places.

If you do not see any options, it means that there are no longer available places.
> CLICK ON "SAVE" at the bottom of the section.
If you can't click it means that there are no longer available places.
> CLICK ON "CONFIRM DATA / SUBMIT DATA"
If you are unable to click it means that there are no longer available places.
> The reservation was successful only if the red "Confirm data/Submit data" button is no longer visible and in its place appears the words, "You confirmed the data on dd/mm/yyyy."
> UPLOAD DOCUMENTS AND SUBMIT APPLICATION
Proceed by 11:59 p.m. on the same day to upload all documents available in application to be printed, hand signed and uploaded in the upload spaces provided, and to pay the security deposit. Click on "Submit application/ Submit application" by 11:59 p.m.
The office will verify that your reservation was successful and it will give it a result through MyApplication in the following days.
ATTENTION
If you were not able to click on "Save" at the bottom of the section, it means that there are no longer available places. Proceed to select a new room type and/or Residence.
If you have succeeded in selecting a Residence and room type and saved the section, but at the time of "Submit data" another student has taken the last available place for the Residence and/or type you selected, the red "Submit data" button remains visible: this means that, even if you have already expressed and saved a preference in the "Residence and room type" section, your reservation was not successful due to lack of availability.
Because of this, you were not able to confirm the data, so you will have to:
-re-enter the "Residence and Room Type" section;
-select a new option;
-save the data on the section again by clicking on "SAVE";
-confirm the data for the new selection by clicking on the red "Submit data" button.
If in searching for a new option to select all available places are taken, the system would continue to show you, in the "Residence and Room Type" section, your original selection: this does NOT mean that the reservation was successful.
Acceptance
The Office will receive your complete application, verify the coherence of your residence/room choice with the effective room availability and all the other aspects of your position (i.e. if you meet the requirements needed for the application). The process usually takes approximately 1 working week. After that, the Result of your housing application will be published on My Application: you will find in it confirmation of your assigned room, of the period and price applied and all the instructions to complete the acceptance (final step).
You will need to print, sign and upload the Acceptance document that you will see in the application, in order to confirm your room assignment for a.y. 2025-26 and to acknowledge again the conditions applied. Failure to complete the Acceptance within the established deadline will result in the cancellation of your room reservation.

During the whole academic year, the Result of your housing application will be visible on MyApplication: you can print it or download it in .pdf in case you'll need to attest your stay in one of our residence halls; in fact, the result contains all the information usually needed for the purpose (name and address of the assigned residence hall, period of assignment, price of the accommodation).
Room change
For the entire period in which the student is a resident at a Bocconi residence hall, room changes are not allowed. Bocconi University, however, is entitled to transfer the resident, even during the year, to another housing facility at the rate due for the residence hall of destination.
Renewal of housing assignment
The housing assignment for the 2025-2026 a.y. is granted for the academic year in which the application is submitted, therefore it will not be automatically granted for the following academic years but it is the student's responsibility to verify the possibility to submit a housing renewal application and to apply according to the procedure and deadline that will be provided for in the Housing Application Requirements and Regulations for each academic year of interest.
