Documentation required
Please find listed below the documents required to apply for the benefit:
> The completed and signed application form. This form will be available in the online procedure and must be downloaded, printed and duly signed by the student and, in the case of a minor student, also by the parent exercising parental authority. The student's "Identity Card" is also required and, in the case of a minor student, also the identity card of the student's parent. The documents must be legible and signed with handwritten signature, not digital signatures and corresponding to the one on the ID document uploaded;
> a copy of the disability certificate pursuant to Article 3, paragraph 1 and 3 of Italian Law n. 104 of 5 February 1992 issued by an Italian Medical Committee;
> a copy of the civil disability certificate attested by an Italian Medical Committee attesting the percentage of disability;
> both the certificates if the applicant has been recognized both disabilities;
> further documentation that the Fees, Funding and Housing office may require in order to confirm that the medical certificates provided are suitable, valid and updated and in case the disability certificate needs to be revised during A.Y. 2024-25.
Please note:
No benefit can be awarded to students who submit incomplete documentation.
The Fees, Funding and Housing Office will evaluate the student's application on the basis of the documentation and information presented in the online application.
Bocconi University will check the documentation submitted by verifying with the candidate and/or in the most appropriate ways the completeness and truthfulness of the documentation produced. For the purposes of the assessment and also after the assignment of the benefit, if the medical certificate of assessment of the disability and/or civil disability provides for the review of the assessment during the a.y. 2024-25, further documentation may be requested from the student to confirm that the medical documentation produced is suitable, valid and current.
