A.Y. 2025-26 Consequences when deadlines are not met

Failure to pay one or more amounts (advance or installment) within the established deadlines has different effects depending on the type of missing payment and the year of enrollment

Missed payments for students enrolled in the 1st year

1. Failure to pay the first instalment- adjustment:

The first installment-adjusment expected for first year students a.y. 2025/2026 must be paid by 15 October 2025.

Failure to pay the first installment-adjustment within the established deadlines will result in the cancellation of the enrollment itself.

The student whose enrollment is canceled cannot obtain a refund of the first installment - advance and is also required to pay the subsequent installments.

The student who intends to withdraw without incurring the cancellation and the payment obligations indicated above must submit an application for withdrawal to the Admissions Office according to the methods and deadlines highlighted online.

2. Failure to pay the second and/or third instalment:  failure to pay the second and/or third installment of tuition and fees (for detailed deadlines see the "Payment deadlines" area) will result in suspension from all teaching and administrative activities.

Suspension from all teaching and administrative activities consists in the impossibility of:

- register for exams;

- sit exams;

- attend classes;

- carry out any type of administrative activity;

- take advantage of the services offered by the university.

The suspension from academic and administrative activities takes place from the 31st day following the expiry of the installment.

To remove the suspension, the payment still pending must be registered in the University's administrative system and reported in the "Financial situation - Payments" section visible in the You@B agenda.

The suspension will be removed automatically as soon as the payment is registered in the University's administrative system. The student will have evidence of the removal of the suspension by seeing the dot change from red to green corresponding to the payment due to the University and visible in the "Financial situation - Payments" section in the yoU@B agenda.

In case of late payment it is advisable to pay with PagoPA to speed up the payment registration phases and consequent removal of the suspension.

ATTENTION:

it is underlined that failure to pay installments (but also penalties or other amounts due to the university for services/activities/certificates or different amount during the academic career) will NOT allow enrollment in the following academic year even in the absence of a real suspension of the student's teaching and administrative activities.

In fact, any payments relating to university tuition and fees or penalties not made by the end of the current academic year (by the end of July) will make it impossible for the student to enroll in the following academic year.

In order to enroll in the academic year, it is necessary that the payment(s) still pending are registered in the administrative system and reported in the "Financial situation - Payments" section on the You@B agenda.

Taking into account that time registration is not dependent on Bocconi, it is recommended to proceed with the payment of arrears (installments or penalties) through Pago PA and at least a few days before any important deadline (for example academic year registration).
