Justin Frosini, a Workaholic at the Department of Law

He joins Bocconi permanently after years of collaboration

Justin Frosini permanently joins Bocconi's Department of Law as assistant professor from academic year 2011-2012 after years of fruitful collaboration with the University.

Adjunct professor of public law from 2001 to 2003 and lecturer of the same subject since then, Frosini has also taught at the University of Bologna and has been visiting professor at the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico and the University of Victoria, Canada. He obtained his PhD in constitutional law from the University of Bologna.

He is director of the Center for Constitutional Studies and Democratic Development, an interuniversity research center co-founded by the University of Bologna and the Bologna Center of the Johns Hopkins University and co-director of the Summer School "European Union and Legal Reform", Igalo, Montenegro. Frosini also sits on the editorial boards of four scholarly journals.

Frosini is the coordinator of a project on Electoral Management in a Comparative Perspective and is one of seven international scholars conducting case studies on Constitutional Design and Conflict Management in Africa.

He is the author of over twenty articles and book chapters as well as innumerable dictionary, glossary and encyclopedia terms, comments to laws, introductions, prefaces and conclusions. He has edited six books and is the co-editor of two book series.
