Anna, Whose Life Took Flight Again After Her SDA Bocconi Master

, by Andrea Celauro
A flight attendant for 18 years, Anna Juricic decided to reinvent herself. And thanks to SDA Bocconi's EMMIO Master program, she embarked on a career as a corporate and executive coach

She wore an Alitalia flight attendant uniform for the first time in 1990, for an intercontinental flight from Rome to Johannesburg. Then, when the airline went through its worst phase, she chose to get back into the game in full with a plan B, relying on training and a Master degree, the Executive Master in International Organizations at SDA Bocconi (EMMIO), to give a real turnaround to her life. In the seventh episode of the Svolte series, the story of Anna Juricic is told, who after 18 years of Alitalia has reinvented herself as a corporate and executive coach.

"It was like gathering my courage and throwing myself over the hurdle, despite having no vision of what my plan B would be. That came with time, when I realized that the time had come to get back into the game and acquire new skills that would guide me in this change", she says.

But how do you take charge of someone's life when they want to turn it upside down? "We are looking for motivation, the true will to change", explains Greta Nasi, director of the EMMIO Master. "We are looking for different people, regardless of their experience, but determined to take the reins of change in hand."
