Before and After B4i: Bocconi for Innovation, the new format tells the story of startups before and after acceleration

, by Andrea Celauro
The founders of Cargoful, Digitazon, Doctors in Italy, Endelea and Mapo Tapo face their past selves in a double interview to discover the most important moments of their career and interesting ideas for aspiring entrepreneurs

How is a startup born? How does it set its growth targets? What are the biggest hurdles to be overcome? A few years after the start of their adventure in the business world, five startuppers talk about the difficulties, successes, and challenges they faced before and after the acceleration path with B4i - Bocconi for innovation. A journey through the most important moments of the acceleration process, recounting the goals achieved, but also the advice and suggestions they can give to future entrepreneurs who, like them, would like to give flesh to their business ideas.

The "Before & After B4i - Bocconi for innovation" format aims to tell about the evolution of the startups that have participated in the acceleration program. In the first five episodes, the founders of Cargoful, Digitazon, Doctors in Italy, Endelea and Mapo Tapo compare two different moments of their careers, before and after the acceleration path. Looking at their "their past selves" in the "before" part, they recall the fear, uncertainty and hopes of those who find themselves at the beginning of the path to become entrepreneurs. In the second part, the "after" segment, the founders are more self-confident, recounting the many challenges faced and targets successfully met, thanks to the support found in the acceleration path provided by B4i - Bocconi for innovation.

The first startupper to kick off the format is Francesca de Gottardo, co-founder and CEO of Endelea and protagonist of the first episode, who tells how her project born in 2018 has transformed into a real ethical fashion brand in just three years, creating a business capable of linking Italy and Tanzania.

The episodes of "Before & After B4i - Bocconi for innovation" are published online on the Youtube Channel of B4i - Bocconi for innovation, as well as on its LinkedIn and Twitter profiles.
