Artificial Intelligence (AI) plays an increasingly important role in resource management and service delivery strategies in smart cities. AI can optimize decision-making processes, improve the performance of services, contribute to the development of new applications in several sectors (energy, mobility, security, healthcare, administrative services, etc.).
At the same time, the use of AI-based solutions at an urban level poses a series of technological, regulatory, economic, social and ethical challenges.
The workshop will delve into the solutions, benefits and risks associated with the diffusion of artificial intelligence in the management of urban resources and services.
