The past decade has seen rapid advances in the role played by digital technology in business education. Digital technologies have deeply influenced the educational landscape, shaped student-educator communication models, learning outcomes, design of educational systems. Ever-evolving digital technologies have unfolded new horizons and at the same time create certain risks.
One topic with both advantages and challenges is the influence of digital technologies on student collaboration. On one hand, digital tools offer significant benefits: they make communication among students more accessible and convenient, create a whole set of tools for collaborative work, accelerate the exchange of information, in general contribute to greater involvement of students in the educational process.
While digital technologies offer a wealth of benefits, they also bring challenges. These technologies can lead to disruptive interruptions and may even contribute to a sense of isolation.
Thus, given the ambiguity of the relationship between digitalization and collaboration, we invite the audience to discuss how digital technologies can facilitate the collaboration between students.
