Library & Archives has just designed a new library guide on Core Skills in partnership with Bocconi Career Service, to support Bocconi community members in developing essential and transferable competencies for success in their professional career.
The guide covers key skills such as adaptability, communication, critical thinking, problem solving and teamwork, offering curated books and websites to encourage independent learning and foster awareness on the importance of these soft skills that are increasingly valued by employers.
